Andrea,

Can you see any break points if you go to View > Debug Windows > Breakpoints?

I get something very similar to this once in a while and I see that there are 
break points defined in this dialog but not visible in the editor/gutter.  Right 
- Clicking and selecting "Delete All" fixes it.

Not sure if its the same, but thought I would mention it.
