[Lazarus] Different units with same name (Mac OSX)

Thanks Vincent,

I found out that the big unit FPCMacOSAll solved the problems - for now.
Maybe that is why FPCMacOSAll was created in the first place? :-)

AFAIK, there are no easy solutions.
Rename one of them. Or don't use both in the same application.
