[Lazarus] Carbon key mapping

Thanks Mattias,
Loading the Mac OS X specific mapping certainly changes the menu
items, but actually using those key combinations does not work. Pressing
Cmd+X does not Cut.
Btw, what key is ^ on a Mac OS X MacBook?
