[Lazarus] Broken links in page Page_Of_Code_Sites .

The internet is a dynamic place, so links come and go.  If new
locations cannot be found, maybe we can replace those links with ones
to the Internet Archive site.  The are trying to combat this exact
issue.

For example

The broken link
    http://www.undu.com/
becomes
    http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.undu.com/
