[Lazarus] TButton must now become a custom draw component

This means that this has to be done by the LCL or by the widgetset ?

I'm not in a hurry to implement all those fancy new stuff. Better get 
something working like D7 first.
When time comes, we'll think how to "fix" this. (At first sight i'm 
against a default custom drawn button)
