[Lazarus] Building native Lazarus for ARM on Linux (little-endian)

Good advice, especially since Borland^h^h^h^h^h^h^ MicroLand^h^h^h^h^h^h^
BoreSoft^h^h^h^h^h^h^ InPrise^h^h^h^h^h^h^h BoreGear^h^h^h^h^h^h^h^h
CodeLand^h^h^h^h^h^h^h^h CodeGear or whatever they are calling themselves
this week are pretending that Kylix never actually happened.
