[Lazarus] Lazarus Equivalent of GetCharABCWidths API call

Hi,
I just installed lazarus on my centos box,
then I try to make a very simple application which just consist
label and a button, the button when pressed just change the caption of 
the label.
But when I tried to compile and run the application I got this message:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -IX11

I thought that the ld is nor exists, but it is there.
What should I do to solve this?
