[Lazarus] TextHeight property in TCustomForm

[Hess, Philip J]

Removing TextHeight broke:

- All Orpheus property editors.
- All Orpheus test apps whose forms were converted from Delphi.
- All of my own apps whose forms were converted from Delphi.

Was this really necessary?
