[Lazarus] opengl

I tried the openglcontrol_demo project under WinXP (32 bit) on a 
bog-standard Dell box compiling with fpc 2.3.1 and Laz 0.9.25 svn revision 
14243.
It works flawlessly with lots of lovely eye candy.
