The html part of them mail is also iso-8859-1 but the characters
are html encoded. In the html view you can see the characters.
But there was no UTF-8 in the mail.
Here is UTF-8:
Hebrew : אתר זה משתמש בטכנולוגיה NLSO
Chinese : 这个网页使用自然语文支持物体科技
English : This site uses NLSO technology
Polish : Ta strona używa technologi NLSO
