[Lazarus] XPM unsupported format

It means that there is still a XPM defined as resource for a glyph. 
IIRC, they all should have been replaced.

Anyway, I consider this as a new issue too, since (for compatebility 
reasons) reading a XPM as resource glyph shoud be allowd (ppl may still 
have a XPM on older apps)
