[Lazarus] Synedit Special characters doesn't work

Apparently you have a different problem, because I can see dots on places where 
there are spaces. I admit it is not perfect (I cannot see CR), but this patch was 
definitely applied, so it is correct to give this bug report the state resolved. 
Fortunately you did have rights to post to this resolved bug report. ;-)
