[Lazarus] lazrichview: printer4lazarus issue

Hi Vincent, sorry my question. It is on a test with linux and wine (lazarus
for windows running on linux);
The problem is the compilation of lazarus.rc, startlazarus.rc and
lazbuild.rc; i comment  this and have success.
