[Lazarus] Registering Dll for WinCe

I am aware of 64-bit Linux ability to run 32-bit programs, but in this case one particular system administrator refuses to run 32-bit programs on his server.

 There is a Free Pascal mailling list. You can find it in the Free
Pascal website: www.freepascal.org

Plus, are you sure you need a 64-bits version? AFAIK most 64-bits
computers can run 32-bits software seamlessly.
