I have used Indy. Just install the indy4lazarus package, I think 
you can find it on the lazarus-ccr site.

There is also Synapse, which is IMHO easier to use than Indy,
on the other hand, it is possible that Indy has a ready-to-use 
NNTP protocol component, though.
