I created a project laz4edu.lpi and I used project.pp as starter.

Do you mean a *.lpk package? For schools and for pupils must is be very 
simple to install and to use the software, because many pupils and many 
teachers administrating the computers at school do not have much 
experience in reconfiguration of a software.
