[Lazarus] Cross compiling : PPU Invalid Version 78...

Ah ok, it seems the lcl was compiled with the previous version of 
compile, while now it is compiling.
Now I'm back to the error I am also getting from my IDE thread.
In the other thread it says it cannot compile the Printer4Lazarus 0.5 
package via the IDE, while via the command line it says it can't find 
the unit Printer4Lazarus.

Am I doing something wrong?
