When I got a similar error, it meant I had two copies of a .ppu for
some unit lying around. From the message, I presume that unit is
fpreadjpeg.pas. Do a search in you whole hard drive for fpreadjpeg.ppu
files. As far as I know that's a fcl-image unit and there should only
exist one.
