[Lazarus] Forums on www.lazarus.freepascal.org is virtually unusable

I must say its been driving me up the wall also.
Even the turnaround time on the mailing list is nearly an hour at times.

Is there a problem with the server or its connectivity?
What sort of monthly bandwidth does it incur ?
