[Lazarus] GTK2 is now the default widgetset

The speed of gtk1 and 2 differ widely. On some platforms the gtk2 is even faster
than gtk1. It depends on your window manager, video driver and the gtk2 version.
AFAIR gtk 2.12 fixed some issues.

Not all is sorted. That's why 0.9.26 is using gtk1.
