[Lazarus] Dear developers, we need your help before releasing 0.9.26

Hi Bee,
   If I'm not mistaken Lazarus is not natively Carbon in the overnight 
snapshots. I'm using SVN and build it as Carbon, but I remember reading 
somewhere that it would native Carbon in the snapshots a few months back.
