[Lazarus] [OT] How to delete a record/object being used

Hello,

is it normal that toolbuttons do not show hints? I set showhint := true, but it seems that nothing is happening. (if I add tbutton to ttoolbar then tbutton's hint is shown).
If it is a bug, is it known? I tried to search in bugtrachker but didin't find anything...
