If I am not mistaken we are:

Swen Heinig, Mattias Gärtner, Karsten Meyer, Michael V. Canneyt,
Felipe Monteiro de Carvalho, Inoussa Ouedraogo

Yes, the book will initially be available in german. I would love to
see it in english too, but there are some obstacles.
