[Lazarus] Updated Compiler Dialog

Hi Graeme,

Color draws attention to certain facts about information.  So I can
see why someone put those there.

Presently, themes are widely used and the window colors and
complementary font colors are set by the desktop system.

I agree and I feel that it may be best to set all colors to button
text so that the 3d text color can be output avoiding a problem where
dominant R/G/B values may mitigate appearance.

I can see there may be some resistance from others though... Objections?
