[Lazarus] libpq.so on OSX should be libpq.dylib?

Then, something is going wrong, because the first time I try to open the
connection with TPQConnection in OSX, always gets me an error aboutt
can't find "libpq.so". But, only warning me 1 time. The next, is an
error about can't connect at port 5432 (due to I have postgres in port
5433).
