[Lazarus] Lazarus has unique font sizes

Thank you, now I don't feel so alone. :-)

I tried various searches in Google and couldn't find anything either. If it is something specific to Delphi, then all I could think of is that whatever programmer conquered up negative font size was high on crack at the time. :-)
