[Lazarus] TRadioGroup doesn't position content correctly at startup

As I've said above, I'm using Debian stable (lenny).  I'm using trunk
versions of fpc and lazarus.  I've noted this on the bug report.
Maybe it's time to upgrade your Debian?  I rebuilt gtk on a previous
version of Debian, long ago.  I'm using the default packages now.
