Ah, I used to simply use the Advanced tab, which works pretty well for
what I need. But then I don't rebuild the IDE 100x a day. :-)

Couldn't this new dialog also be used for users projects? I'm not sure
how different the IDE treats user projects compared to rebuilding the
IDE.
