Ah, I thought maybe my BaseURL was wrong for RTL, FCL and LCL help, so
I changed it like your screenshot showed. Unfortunately that didn't
make any differences.

So for now, I will continue using DocView with the External Tools
option and view context help via Ctrl+F1 instead.
