[Lazarus] Lazarus 0.9.27 rest unit1.lrs on windows desktop whensave new Application

When i compile not-saved project, L create all files into %TEMP%

The .lrs files on Desktop(e.g. work directory) created when i save [new] project.
For re-save unit from existing project it does not occure.
