Thanks.

As Graeme will confirm, us South Africans are at the whim of our
capricious Government Minister-Owned Monopoly Telecommunication
Company who use bandwidth as a mechanism for extorting additional
funds from their customers.

Hence my reluctance to stay entirely up to date.
