[Lazarus] Free Open Source Diagram Components for Lazarus?

Yes, I know about StarUML, it's a good tool, but it's dead: little work 
has been done since 2005. And the code base is so huge, it seems 
daunting to port the code base to Lazarus as is.

What license is it delivered with?
