[Lazarus] "Show compile dialog" location

Strange! I also did the same yesterday and it also took me a lot of time 
to find it. I knew it was there (because I stepped through all settings 
a while ago) but couldn't find it immediately.

Yes, it's not ideal too but much better than "Environment > Files".
