[Lazarus] Migrating Delphi application in Lazarus cross-platform

Hi Eugen,
  Actually the project seems to have been open sourced and the latest
Delphi code can be downloaded from 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/htmlviewer

Looks like that version would need a bit of massaging to get it working
with Lazarus, though.
