[Lazarus] lazarus menu font & development snapshot on ubuntu

Unfortunately you need to compile a new FPC too ...
So you should get the FPC sources and compile them. Get the Lazarus sources
and compile with GTK2, the default package still uses GTK1. I prefer to
install in separate directories and have both versions.
