I'm OK with adding it. We may promote Lazarus. While you are there,
remove the "--" which doesn't actually work, because it should be "-- "
 (note the space) for footers to be recognized.

Also when HTML formatted mail is sent, it comes through as as attachment
- is this correct behaviour?
