[Lazarus] About the "Trim Spaces Style" modes. Which one should be the default mode?

Just the "behavior name" don't show the whole picture.
The problem is "Caret or Edit" mode in SynEdit has the bug Martin
said. Delphi7 worked-around it somehow (maybe saving the current
cursor line in a field?) but D2007 has several minor bugs regarding
it.
