[Lazarus] Ubuntu 9.04 (Lazarus too slow)

In my desktop:
Acer Aspite 1691 ATI 600

KUbuntu with desktop efects : close desktop
KUbuntu without desktop efects : panel on top left delayed

Ubuntu with desktop efects : panel on top left delayed
Ubuntu without desktop efects : panel on top left delayed
