[Lazarus] Editor tabs get focus, not the editor itself

Ubuntu 9.04 with standard Gnome Desktop (using metacity as default
window manager).

I'll try and find a process where I can reproduce the issue on demand.
I know these intermittent bugs are hard to fix.
