Eh, yes.

Let me repeat the original subject and mail:

Subject: 32bit application in 64bit OS
-> we are talking about a 32 application

Message: ... but loading 64bit *.so file doesn't work.
-> loading a 64bit lib.

My comment: 32bit applications need 32bit libs
-> a 32bit app cannot load 64bit libs

I'm not talking about protocols, neither the apptypes fpc generates.
