See my comments regarding HTML help formats...

OK, lhelp seems to have improved and now support Indexes - last time I
checked, it did not. lhelp also seems to be rendering the content
better that before. But the general issues of CHM still exists. It
will will be an improvement though, over the current "online only"
help support that the IDE has.
