[Lazarus] A broken dummy package was created

Roland, is rotursoft located at  lazarus/components dir?
if so, try to:
- uninstall the package
- move to some place other than lazarus/components dir.
- install the package again.

Mattias, the bug has been introduced with r21923-21924
Prior with r21922 everything works fine.
I guess it's related to this issue http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=14700

If a custom package is not placed at lazarus/components (or lazarus/)
dir, it can be used by IDE fine, otherwise it gives the error
(described by Roland).
