[Lazarus] debugger feature request created

I tried to debug lazarus.exe using it :) Well, it shows me info about 
dll loading, I can view registers, EIP. But after splash showing it 
catches an exception and terminating the process.

Anyway, I am pleased to see that you are working both on linux, mac and 
windows versions at the same time. Good start.
