[Lazarus] Mac OS X : lclproc.pas not building in Revision 22022

Hi Dmitry,
  It was definitely working just after 
Mattias Gaertner did a revision fix around Sat Oct 3 18:22:13 CEST 2009.
As that is the one I was using yesterday until 22022.

So between Mattias' post and your revision fix of 22023.
Sorry I can't be more precise.

Launching lazarus.app/Contents/MacOS/lazarus via terminal starts up
lazarus.
Its is just double-clicking on the app bundle that seems to be broken. 
If I do that, I get the message
"You can't open the application 'lazarus' because it is not supported on
this architecture."
Also the Lazarus app bundle has a "No smoking" type icon overlayed on the
lazarus icon, so the OS definitely doesn't like the app bundle either.
