[Lazarus] 'no resources' on new project

I did, and that works. Should I post an issue somewhere about it?
I've had a look around and found this one:

It might be that windres trips over the & in the path
C:\Data\R&D\WinCE\P2\project1.rc. Can you try a path without &?
