[Lazarus] blocking that pesky assembler window

If no callstack information is available something really weird
happends, and from that point of view your only source of some
information is the assembler window. The same happends in Delphi more
or less. With the new changes you will not see the assembler window
almost never, maybe only debugging the FPC internal libraries.
