[Lazarus] SVN not compiling.

Hi everybody

I'm converting à Delphi program into LAZARUS. The objective is to have un
program running as well under Windows as under LINUX and/or Mac. So far it is
going fine, but I have some orders typicaly Windows witch I don't know how to
handel under LUNIX

The mouse_event is one.

Does anybody know how I could translate this in LAZARUS
