[Lazarus] LazDataDesktop duplicated language translation files

The lazdatadesktop.* files are the new ones to use, and 
as far as I know currently, the lazdatadeskstr.* ones should disappear.

Unfortunately, I don't understand the consequences of the "option i18n",
so I am kind of blindly applying patches I get from people. Can someone
enlighten me ?
