Check

Project / Project Options / Application / Output / Target File
name

and

Project / Compiler Options / Paths / Unit output directory

and

Project / Compiler Options / Other / Custom Options

This line is from the "Run file".
Maybe you setup things in "Run / Configure Run File"?

"Run File" is for simple test programs. Projects dont need that.
Check "Run / Configure Run File" and disable it.
