[Lazarus] main form icon and other things

I'm under Linux, no option to set an icon in project/project options...

if I do so (quite obviously) I don't see the form (in the onshow, when 
it needs to show up, you hide it again); moreover, this way I cannot see 
the application button in the taskbar.



Any other clues?
